Brian Baird has introduced a bill in Congress to establish a social and behavioral science research program so that the gub'mint can dink with your head on energy consumption. Oh boy...what we need...mind control over whether to turn up the thermostat or buy regular or premium gasoline.

I want to know if I could see if I could get a necklace that I can put it on someones head and I get to control there minds?????or a microchip that ican put it in a necklace and Then give it to them to still control there minds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please can you see if you could do that for me.
Or maybe control my mind with a watch or make a COOL viedo of a watch going back and forth if you do that I might PAY you but not more than $100 dollars NOT that much
